Today I thought I’d share one of my favorite drink recipes: the London Fog! Made from earl grey tea, steamed milk, and vanilla syrup, this comforting drink is my go-to for the cold months of winter. One of my favorite ways to elevate the flavors in this drink and introduce a bit of springtime is the addition of lavender. It’s very simple to make at home, and more cost-effective than the $4 cafe version!

London Fog (Earl Grey Tea Latte)
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 3 minutes
Servings 1 (about 12 oz)
Ingredients
- 1 cup (8 oz) strongly brewed earl grey tea Optional: brew with 1/2 tsp dried lavender for extra flavor

- 1 tbsp granulated sugar add more or less to taste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp lavender syrup (optional)
Instructions
-
Brew the earl grey tea and dried lavender (optiona) together and steep for three minutes. Remove the tea bag and strain the lavender. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve warm. Enjoy!
I can't wait to hear from you!
