Holiday Gift Guide: For the Host

Monogram Throw // Teapot // Cheese Knives // Decanter // The Art of the Bar Cart Book // Slate Cheeseboard // Bar Cart // Copper Glasses // Monogram Coasters // Diffuser Set // Candle Set // Wood & Marble Cheeseboard // Velvet Throw

Today I’ve rounded up some gifts perfect for those people in your life that love to host parties, or that family member that is hosting the holiday dinner. These gifts are very versatile and are sure to please anyone! A lot of monograms are featured and throw blankets (there’s no way I couldn’t include these!) so you’re sure to find something for the host or hostess in your life. This guide can also double as great housewarming gift ideas!

D and I are very excited to finally be able to host parties when we buy our house, so several of these items are featured on my personal holiday list as well. Below, I’ve highlighted my favorite items:

Velvet Throw // Upgrade your favorite cuddle-up corner with a wonderfully plush blanket throw available in a wide array of classic and fresh colors. Velvet is making a huuuge comeback, and no wonder! It’s super soft, versatile, and perfect for the chilly days ahead.

The Art of the Bar Cart Book // From high-end magazines and design-inspiration websites to stores big and small, bar carts are a must-have piece of furniture, especially for the hostess on your list. I love them, because they easily transport from room to room. You can even transform it into a coffee bar for overnight guests in the morning! This book offers inspirational pictures, as well as advice and tips on how to style and theme your cart, and recipes for perfect drinks. Plus, it makes a wonderful addition to your coffee table!

Candle Set // This set from Voluspa features mini tin candles crafted from pure coconut wax and a 100% cotton wick for a crisp, clean burn. I love the metallic colors these tins come in, and it features Voluspa’s five most popular scents: prosecco rose, casa pacifica, bourbon vanilla, aurantia & blackberry, and Makassar ebony & peach!

Wood & Marble Cheeseboard // This monogrammed cheeseboard made from marble and acacia wood is the perfect, elegant addition for anyone’s kitchen. It’s perfect for appetizers or desserts, and any type of gathering! I have a marble and gold cheeseboard, but I recently gifted a friend this beautiful slate one with all of our favorite cheeses, meats, and toppings.

I hope this guide has given you several ideas for gifts for the hostess in your life! Feel free to message me for more gift guide ideas. The next one will be up on Monday!

    1. Thanks Maria! I always treat myself a little (mostly a lot) when I Christmas shop for others! You should definitely snag some of these while you can 😉
